About

I made the decision to become a certified Sleep Sense™ Consultant in 2013 after recognizing there simply wasn’t enough support for families that honoured both rest and relationship.

Sleep felt like the tipping point, where exhaustion met uncertainty, and I wanted to offer practical, caring solutions.

As I worked with more and more families, I realized that cookie-cutter sleep plans weren’t enough — families deserve to feel seen, supported, and empowered.

In 2015, I became a Postpartum Doula and immersed myself in respectful, connection-based parenting practices by earning my certification as a Circle of Security Parenting™ Facilitator and completing RIE® Foundations.

Sleep Well Mama® was born as my way of providing grounded, responsive support that actually helps families while staying aligned with my values. It is my honour to be trusted with one of the most tender and transformative seasons of life.

Why “Sleep Well Mama®”?

Sleep is a powerful indicator of how things are going—when we’re well-rested, everything feels more manageable.

Well because finding balance between your health, emotions, and peace through rest, self-care, and support is crucial to enjoying this one precious life with your sweet family.

Mama because I am passionate about “mothering the mothering” with warmth and kindness. As a doula, my role is to support you first—because when you’re okay, everyone else is too.
